Visitations
Supervised Visitation is...
...a form of visitation in which an adult supervisor must be present when a child is visiting with their noncustodial parent. Supervised visitations are conducted for observed, facilitated, reunification, alleged or confirmed sexual abuse, domestic violence and flight-risk potential clients. We do not offer facility On-Site Visitations. Off-site visitation is offered to families on a case by case basis.
This service is necessary when the ongoing parent-child relationship has been interrupted due to a great variety of reasons, alleged or documented. Reasons may include, Domestic Violence (71% of the cases), Children Witness Abuse (28%), Allegations of Child Abuse (34%), Lack of Access related to Parental Hostility (48%), Re-introduction (52%), and Abduction Risk (15%).
Supervised Visitation is NOT:
