Fees
Fees are payable in cash, PAID IN ADVANCE. No services will take place unless fees for services are paid in full prior to services being provided. Fees are hourly. Fees for all supervised visitation services have a two-hour minimum. Fees for services do not include travel fees (some may apply). Services are available 7 days a week, 365 days a year, time and space permitting. Holiday rates have an additional 25% premium.

Intake Fee $45 per party
Supervised Visitation $35 - $90 per hour/child (Two hour minimum)
Safe Exchange (Exchange ONLY) $30 per exchange
3-Way Telephone Monitoring $30 flat rate per call (30 minutes maximum)
Activity Report (Daily ONLY) $35 per report (Need 10 days notice. Charged to requesting party)
Declarations (First to Last Visit) $100 (Need 10 days notice. Charged to requesting party)
Court Appearance $200 per day (Charged to party issuing subpoena)
Court Subpoena $200 per day (Charged equally to both parties)
Late Fee $2 per minute (Charged to ANY late party)
Travel Fee $50 per hour (Out of town/state to include traffic time, not always needed)
Overnight Visitation $500 per night (Call for details)
Cancellations / No Show Policy A twenty-four (24) hour cancellation notification is required. If no cancellation notification is given, the canceling or no show party is responsible for the entire fee for the canceled visit. The payment must be paid prior to the start of the next scheduled visit. Canceling party MUST speak with Coordinator or Monitor live by telephone, no messages or emails.
